As the third-generation to serve in a leadership role within the company, Micajah remains focused on expanding opportunities for all its stakeholders, but not at the expense of MMI's team members. Named CEO on January 1, 2021, he was promoted from the hotel management division to now oversee a dynamic and diverse portfolio of companies serving guests in 10 states.
DOUG HEINRICH
Chief Financial Officer
Doug Heinrich joined MMI in 2024 after overseeing growth initiatives for Disney, YUM Brands and 21(C) Museum Hotels. Whether it is a site selection, creative capital stack, or detailed underwriting model, Doug's consideration for the frontline team member is not lost in the financial consideration of a proposed project and the corporate infrastructure that supports it.
RONNIE COCKAYNE
Vice President
After his father partnered with MMI to create MMI Dining Systems in 1993, Ronnie Cockayne has worked in a variety of food and beverage industry sectors, roles and responsibilities. Today, Ronnie serves as President of Zest Culinary Services and advisor to MMI's holding company where he works with a variety of stakeholder groups from individual owners to not-for-profit boards of directors.

MMI's longest-serving, active team member, Mike Hart has seen more than a few cycles in the service industry. Fortunately, Mike has been there to steer the ship in a manner which prioritizes people. MMI defies the national statistics for success rates because of the engaged, conservative manner in which its leaders approach each investment.
Blair Allen
Vice President
President of Beechwood Hospitality, a hotel and resort management joint venture between MMI's founding families and longtime peers, Blair Allen brings three generations of experience as an owner and operator to the MMI platform. The Allen family continues to partner with MMI for future hotel investments.

Asset Management
A hospitality investor himself, Bob's engagement on the financial side of MMI has served the organization well. Today, Bob acts as the primary special projects partner for our operating company leaders and the larger holding company. He brings decades of development, owners, and operational acumen to the team.
GARRETT PONDER
Finance
In Garrett's previous role as Senior Corporate Real Estate Analyst at Sierra Space Corporation, Garrett managed annual operating and capital budgets for a diverse portfolio of industrial and commercial properties. His expertise in financial oversight, combined with his strategic approach, makes him an ideal fit for MMI as we continue to innovate and expand.
