We founded MMI Hospitality Group out of a pure passion for people. Our goals, ambitions and inspirations have come together to form a truly amazing company that all of us are proud to be a part of.

Since Earle Jones and Mike Sturdivant, former Harvard Business School roommates, partnered in the ownership and operation of the world's 13th Holiday Inn in 1956, we have become masters of our craft.  The two families continue to co-invest in hospitality-centric companies either directly overseeing operations or as passive fiduciaries.  We go above and beyond to ensure the businesses planted or purchased by MMI exemplify the sound, but forward-looking business strategies today's industry-leading customers expect.
